Any information that you provide to PilotESP's Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to our servers for processing and use by PilotESP. How We Handle Your Personal Information

We will not sell or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Data Deletion Policy

  • If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we maintain your email address and, if provided, your name.
  • If you create a user account on our system, we maintain all information you provide in your user profile and preferences.
  • If you opt in to use any of our Services (including but not limited to Scenarios, Safety Alerts, Proficiency content, etc.), we maintain everything you provide in your profile/preferences, as well as any data relevant to the Service(s) to which you opt in.
  • If you would like us to delete any or all of your data permanently, please email us at team@pilotesp.com and include your request (which data do you want deleted). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete your data within 48 business hours from the time your request is received. Deletion of certain data may preclude you from accessing some or all of our Services.

    We use cookies and tools such as (but not limited to) Google Analytics to monitor who views our content and how users engage.

    We may use services such as (but not limited to) Google AdSense to display ads on our site; these services use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website. Google uses the third-party DoubleClick cookie so that it or its partners can serve ads based on your visits to PilotESP or other internet sites.     Who Can Access Your Information

    1. PilotESP employees, officers, consultants and other company agents may access your information. All such people will have agreed to non-disclosure terms and conditions and will be required to adhere to PilotESP's published privacy policies.
    2. From time to time you may be offered opportunities to share some or all of your information with others. In particular, you may be permitted to share your information with a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or your aviation insurance company. When you explicitly grant access to some or all of your information to another user, they will have access until such time as you revoke access.

    Communications With You

    As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your PilotESP account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

    Changes To This Policy

    We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we may notify you via an e-mail to the email associated with your account, or by another method as allowed in the Terms and Conditions. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
